We run our business just outside of Seattle, Washington and our products come from multiple locations including New York, Washington and Colorado. Our business is eCommerce.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I ORDER MY ITEM?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please let us know as soon as you can by emailing us at whiteivyinteriors@gmail.com. Provided the item has not shipped, we will respond to confirm the requested change.

IF I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM, WILL THEY ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?
They should arrive at the same time; however, they may arrive earlier or later by 1 or 2 days. Please check your tracking slip to see when your items are arriving.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM? 
Yes. We take quality seriously and want you to love the product(s) you have ordered. However, we realize that there may be a problem. If you have a question about a return, please email us at whiteivyinteriors@gmail.com.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
*COVID-19 Note - each order is taking a few extra days to be shipped out to ensure our employees are following all quarantine guidelines. We hope to be on regular shipment time but please know there may be some delays for up to 2 weeks. We will certainly let you know if there are any delays due to these circumstances.

Under normal circumstances, when your order is received, there is an approximate processing time of 2-3 days. Shipping time is 4-5 days. If there are any delays beyond our control, you will be notified as soon as possible.  Please know that we strive to get your items to you quickly and efficiently.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For purchases under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $9.95. For purchases over $100, shipping is FREE.
